Locksmith Excellence NYC

This company saved my life!! I went out to dump and trash and the stove was on. Came back realizing the door was locked!! Luckily I had my phone with me. I didn't want to call 911 right away because I know they will destroy my door to get me inside. I called excellence to try my luck, i explained my situation to them and they got to my door within 15min! The technician was both polite and professional. He was wearing a mask and told me not to worry. He got the door unlocked within 10min, what a magician! He also didn't screw me on the prices even when he knew what my situation was. I would recommend this locksmith to anybody. They are truly professionals. Definitely 5 stars!!

I was very impressed by this company's response time. Elan arrived under 20 minutes and got me inside my apartment. I want to add that I had locksmith services done in the past by other companies. Locksmith Excellence had the best priceing by far from all of them. I recommend them to anyone that needs a professional, reliable & cost friendly service

Incredibly fast service! Ran errands with my family, only to discover we had forgotten keys (not great with a two year old in tow and dogs locked INSIDE the apartment) -- I checked Yelp and the first service listed was closed. This company was the second listing and said 24/7, so I gave it a try. Elan said he be there in 10 minutes and sure enough, he made it there in 10 minutes on the nose! He was friendly and efficient, opening our door quickly and replacing the lock with relative ease. The price was right, and he gave a discount for paying in cash. All in all, it was a very positive experience to come out of a less than ideal situation!
